  • What training packages are available and how much do they cost?

    We offer various packages – from individual training sessions to 4, 8, 12, or 16 sessions per month, as well as duo training for two people. We also offer individual sessions and 10-session bundles. You can find all prices and details on our pricing page.

  • What happens during my first training session?

    During our first appointment, we will analyse your current fitness level, discuss your personal goals and any health aspects. Based on this, we create an individual training plan.

  • First trial training session with a 50% discount – what does that mean?

    You'll receive a 50% discount on your first trial session, allowing you to experience the training without any obligation. During this session, we'll analyse your current fitness level and tailor the training to your individual needs. This will give you a realistic insight into the training method and my approach.

  • Do I need prior knowledge or a certain fitness level?

    No. Our programs are suitable for all fitness levels – whether you're just starting out or already have experience. We adapt the intensity, exercises and pace to you.

  • What do I need to bring to training?

    Please bring comfortable sportswear, clean sports shoes, and, if desired, a towel and water bottle. We will provide everything else – including equipment support – at the studio.

  • Can I do the training with a partner or in a small group?

    Yes! We offer duo training, which is training together for two people. This is perfect for couples, friends or training partners who want to get fit together.

  • Can I bring my child to my personal training session?

    Yes, of course. We have a play area so your child will be well entertained during training.
